Dongguan Changping Yongxing Wire Rod Factory was registered and established in 1999. In September 2008, "Dongguan Ouxing Industrial Co., Ltd." was established in Liujia Industrial Zone, Hengli Town.
In May 2024, "Dongguan Ouxing Electronic Technology Co., Ltd." was established in Liujia Industrial Zone, Hengli Town.
Our factory specializes in the production of all kinds of medium and high-grade earphone cables, mainly producing ultra-fine and high-strength tensile thermoplastic elastomer wires: such as TPE, TPU, TPV, PVC, PUR.
The main equipment, products and output
of the current factory are: stranding workshop, extrusion workshop, assembly workshop, weaving workshop. The main equipment of the factory includes: 7 extruders, 62 stranding machines, 36 forming machines, 3 paper wrapping machines, 42 winding machines, and a complete set of advanced and perfect testing equipment. The total monthly output: 15 tons of enameled stranded wire, 3 million meters of oblique isolation wire, and 10 million meters of various wires. The headphone plug cable is more than 2.2 million PCS.
The products are directly or indirectly sold to Japan, South Korea, Europe, the United States, etc., and at the same time provide customers with the design and development of new products.
